Dự án thuộc Khu đô thị mới Trung Văn mở rộng, Huyện Từ Liêm, Hà Nội với diện tích khoảng 11800m 2, gồm 2 khối nhà cao tầng CT1, CT2 và khu thấp tầng, diện tích xây dựng công trình 5.085m 2, tổng diện tích sàn 104789m 2. Trong đó, mỗi khối cao tầng đều gồm 30 tầng và 2 tầng hầm, có tổng diện tích sàn lần lượt là 65106m 2với 288 căn hộ và 34085m 2với 240 căn hộ. Dự kiến công trình sẽ được hoàn thành sau 3 năm.
